Orders placed before 15:00 are typically shipped the same day for faster processing.
Yes! If you place your order before 15:00 (CET) on a business day, we will process and ship your order on the same day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends/holidays will be shipped the next business day.
Absolutely. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package’s progress until it arrives at your doorstep. You can also find this tracking information in your account under the ORDER tap.
Yes, we prioritize discretion. All packages are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no indication of the contents or our company name. This ensures privacy and security for our customers.

No, we currently do not ship to PO Boxes. To ensure successful delivery, please provide a valid residential or business address during checkout.
